Kevin Green specializes in supporting funding for real estate investors and borrowers throughout California. I am dedicated to providing fast, friendly, reliable, and no-nonsense service. He is committed to promoting education and excellence in the private lending industry, and as a member of both the California Mortgage Association and the American Association of Private Lenders.
In addition to 25 years of experience with commercial and residential mortgage originations, I have a passion for all aspects of real estate, and I am an active real estate investor in various Western states. As a result, I takes pride in providing customized service with a client’s perspective. My vast experience includes Vice President of Sales for one the largest mortgage banker/brokers in San Francisco and the Bay Area. I've been an Account Executive/Broker Associate for one of San Francisco’s top private money lending firms. My role includes sourcing and underwriting both commercial and residential properties, transactional structuring, investor/broker/borrower relations, and ongoing market research. After earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications from Chico State University, I received a Master’s of Science in Business Management from Notre Dame De Namur University. I’m currently licensed Real Estate Broker under the California Dept. of Real Estate, license No. 01241542; a formerly licensed California property and casualty insurance producer, and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS No. 1130752. When not funding private money transactions, I can be found skiing at Squaw Valley or Europe, surfing throughout California, stand up paddleboarding, mountain biking, fueling my F-45 workout addiction, or going to the beach with my rescue dog mix, Hank!
