I will also lend outside of California, in select states with a minimum loan size of 1 million dollars. About Kevin Green

Kevin Green has over 24 years of experience in commercial and residential mortgage originations. Kevin’s background includes all facets of real estate, with a specific emphasis on private money and hard money loan originations. Kevin’s role at Pacific Private Money includes sourcing and underwriting both commercial and residential properties, transactional structuring, investor/broker/borrower relations, and ongoing market research. Kevin, who was born and raised in Silicon Valley, is also an active real estate investor in California, Nevada, and Utah.

Kevin’s vast experience includes Vice President of Sales for one the largest mortgage banker/brokers in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Prior to joining Pacific Private Money, Kevin was an Account Executive for one of the top private money lending firms located in San Francisco.

Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Chico State University and a Master of Science in Business Management from Notre Dame De Namur University. Kevin is a licensed real estate broker under the California Dept. of Real Estate, license No. 01241542; a formerly licensed California property and casualty insurance producer, CDI No. 0G89362. He is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS No. 1130752.
